1. License

During the testing phase, Entropia Tanks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the launcher and game client for personal, non-commercial play.

2. Accounts

A free Tankist account is required to play. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Testing & Wipes

This is a pre-release build. Features, balance and progress may change, and full or partial wipes may occur. Any planned wipe is announced in advance.

1. Data We Process

We process the minimum data needed to run your account, the launcher and the game: account identifiers, device and login information, and gameplay telemetry.

2. How It Is Used

Data is used to authenticate you, deliver builds, keep the world running fairly and improve stability. We do not sell personal data.

3. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account data. Final data-protection contact details will be published with the release documents.

1. Fair Play

Cheating, exploiting, botting or disrupting the shared world is prohibited and may result in suspension. One shared world means everyone plays by the same rules.

2. Conduct

In-world PvP, full loot and player-driven conflict are core mechanics. Harassment, hate speech and real-world threats outside the game fiction are not tolerated.

3. Changes

These terms may change during testing. Material changes will be announced through the portal and the launcher.
